Ashtanga Yoga 1st Series: Practice the entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga, as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. For students who have taken Intro to Ashtanga and are ready to try the full 1st series.

Open Practice: Independent practice without an instructor. Whichever style of yoga you practice or teach this is an opportunity to begin and independent practice. Please feel free to bring your own practice or study materials if needed. Please arrive quietly anytime during the scheduled practice time.

Vinyasa: This class offers a variety of Yoga postures, and sun salutations. With focus and clarity of the awareness of breath and movement (vinyasa), the student will connect with and deepen their own personal practice. Each class will offer fun, rejuvenating postures, strength building postures to energize and carry with you throughout the day.

Flow into Restore: This class offers a creative flow where the sequence changes from week to week. Class begins with sun salutations followed by a sequence of postures that flow from one into the next with each breath. The pace is just slow enough to learn proper alignment, and yet fast enough to break a sweat. The last 15 minutes of class are dedicated to restorative postures and deep stretches that allow you to melt into a longer savasana complete with adjustments. You will leave this class feeling both rejuvenated and relaxed!

Hatha: Gentle, calming, and relaxing yoga class that focuses on breath work, meditation, and poses that develop flexibility, strength, balance, and increased concentration. Experience soothing music as you unwind and restore to your natural balance. Great for beginners, intermediates, and advanced yogis.

Gentle Hatha: This class offers a variety of yoga postures, and time to restore and renew for the rest of the day.

Meditative Flow Yoga: Meditative Flow wiht Nicole: Relax your body, mind and delve deeper within, with this combination of an all-levels physical posture practice with a deeper inner practice of breathing and meditation techniques. The guidance to alignment in the posture sequences is only the first step, as we then shift the mental focus to the breath and the feeling of joy in each moment. Our goal in this class is to experience yoga as a deeply personal practice, listening for clues from our body and our intuition for what we need to be well in this moment.

Meditative Flow with Nicole: Find your breath, your true energetic force within, through this all levels meditative vinyasa class. Dive deeper into your yoga practice and discover the connection between your breath and your physical movement as you’re guided from one posture to another. This class emphasizes the mind-body connection through breathing and meditative guidance. Learn how to recognize the beauty within each moment and how to focus your thoughts solely on your present being. We all know how hard it is to slow our mind and because of that, we want this to be a chance for you to take a breath, nourish your body and find your own stillness in a world as ever-changing as ours.

Restore Yoga: Using blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets for extra support, asanas will be held for an extended period of time in order to experience all of their wonderful benefits. This class incorporates both standing and seated asanas focusing on alignment, breathwork, philosophy and intention. Expect to leave with a newly quieted, balanced and relaxed body and mind.

Yin-Reiki Yoga: Yin Yoga is the relaxed practice of floor postures. Using slow deep stretches, we open and stimulate core connective tissue, increasing fluidity, calming the mind and encouraging a sense of joy and well being.

Yoga for Cancer Recovery: This yoga sequence of gentle postures and breathing techniques will help you find renewed strength, flexibility, and a sense of physical and mental balance. You will learn to handle side effects of cancer treatment through movement and meditation practice, get individual attention and adjustments suited for your body, and find relief from stress, anxiety and fatigue in a supported and safe environment.

Yin-Yang Yoga: Yin-Yang Yoga combines yin yoga with a gentle flow practice. Half of class will be dedicated to gently opening the body through a gentle hatha based flow. This practice helps to develop flexibility, strength and balance. The class will also experience deep relaxation through long holding of poses in stillness. This portion of the practice is dedicated to opening up the connective tissues of the body. Yin yoga is designed to bring calmness and peace to your mind and body.

Y12SR: This class is for those who participate in any twelve step program.  It is also for anyone who may be thinking they could benefit from a twelve step program. The Y12SR class is a 12 step meeting followed by a gentle yoga class. Y12SR recognizes that yoga and its practices are a part of a holistic recovery program and rather than a replacement, it provides adjunct tools to address the physical, mental and spiritual disease of addiction and the effects of those living with addiction.
